XTREME HEAT SPORTS TRAINING, CPFT-PFIT, offers customized, all-inclusive sports training for individual player development. We focus on balance and body control, movement and running technique, flexibility, strength and conditioning, agility and speed. We also emphasize nutrition and weight management and stress relief activities. In order for an individual player to develop he/she must train all areas of his/her body including his/her mind. Xtreme Heat Sports focuses on maintaining a healthy mind, body, and soul.
Training packages are designed based on the needs of each athlete to help them reach the level of success they are capable of attaining. Alongside the training packages offered below we also provide group training sessions, and Boot Camps.
